About this position

The Assistant Manager, Strategic Operations for GrabMart will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to grow GrabMart's selection and achieve business goals. They will also analyze data, engage with merchants, manage tasks, and collaborate with regional teams to identify and pursue product and strategy improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow GrabMart's selection and achieve business goals.
• Analyze data to build and monitor performance dashboards, ensuring operational metrics are tracked and addressed quickly.
• Engage with merchants through meetings and negotiations to bring new merchants onto the GrabMart platform.
• Manage and prioritize tasks for both the merchant acquisition and incubation teams to foster business growth.
• Collaborate with regional teams to identify and pursue product and strategy improvements.

Requirements

• Strategic Planning: Experience developing strategic plans. You’ll create plans to grow GrabMart's selection and align them with team goals.
• Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis and building performance dashboards. You’ll need to track, monitor, and address operational metrics.
• Merchant Engagement experience to bring onboard merchants onto the GrabMart platform.
• Project managing experience and prioritize tasks for diverse teams. You’ll ensure the merchant acquisition and incubation teams are linked to foster business growth.
• Experience partnering regional teams to improve product and strategy improvements.
• Nice to have: SQL skills
