About this position

Grab is Southeast Asia's leading superapp, and the Grab For Business team is looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager for Sales Strategy and Planning to enhance client experience and product satisfaction while driving strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven recommendations
• Conduct comprehensive B2B market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape
• Collaborate with various departments, including product owners, marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure cohesive execution of strategies
• Prepare action plans to increase demand and strengthen supply
• Analyze Transport & Express special projects performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years experience in Sales Strategy or Sales Planning or Business Analyst or Project Management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrate pro-activeness, passionate in making positive impact in emerging markets, and can quickly adjust to change
• A collaborative person equipped with people management skills that allow one to work with people at all levels, to motivate and empower whenever necessary
• Top fast paced company background will be advantages
