You will maintain smooth 2W and 4W after sales and maintenance operations, specifically for the quality of units.
• Monitor daily 2W and 4W check points.
• Monitor daily 2W and 4W quality before rent.
• Monitoring After Sales Activity such as Work Order creation and verification, Invoice reconcile, Data updating.
• Coordination with fleet partner Internal and external workshop partners for smooth after sales activities.
• Handle Voice of Customer related to after sales activities which do early resolutions.
• Lead team 50 person in daily operations.
• Capable to propose alternate solution to reduce cost vehicle related, lead time and process optimization.
• 5+ years of experience in a quality and fleet management role.
• Knowledge of industry quality standards and regulations.
• Experience improving quality and reducing defects.
• Experience with quality management software.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• Capability to converse in English.
