About this position

The Process Engineer (Electronics) is responsible for process improvement, addressing technical issues, implementing new systems or technologies, and managing specific prototypes and products as defined by the Manager of the Electronic Division.

Responsibilities

• Strictly follow the GPV Group Code of Conduct.
• Ensure that you have been trained and strictly follow our safety rules at workplace.
• Ensure compliance with the company's management system, policies and rules.
• Process improvement on specific mass production and new products in term of time, cost reduction and production yield.
• Analysis the root cause of problem in each process (Surface Mount Device, Through Hold, Mechanical Assembly and Test), cooperate with engineering team and customer to solve the problem and provide corrective action.
• Provide to customer
a. Design For Manufacturing (DFM) together with production engineer
b. Design FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
c. PPAP (Product Production Approval Process)
d. Other necessary documentation concerning production process that may require in the future.
• Define Process Capability
• Collaborate and Cooperate with Program Manager and Project coordinator in order to provide feedback to customer.
• Collaborate and Cooperate with Quality in order to provide 8-D report to customer.
• Collaborate and Cooperate with NPI (New Product Introduction) Engineer in order to compile FAI report.
• Collaborate and Cooperate with production and engineer if there is any require in term of process improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic engineering or related field.
• Experience 5 years in electronics manufacturing.
• Good attitude, logic thinking, strong leadership, and well understand on PSDM (Problem Solving and Decision Making).
• Good command for English and Computer skills.
