About this position

The Assistant Account Manager (Mechanics) is responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies, managing product handling, and maintaining customer satisfaction while coordinating with various teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Strictly follow the GPV Group Code of Conduct.
• Ensure that staff has been trained and strictly follow our safety rules at workplace.
• Ensure compliance with the company's management system, policies and rules.
• Ensure that all employees are properly trained in use of the ERP system.
• Insure that existing products under responsible are handled in positive way.
• Distribute necessary information to teamwork to make sure that production running smoothly.
• Technical contact person internal with regards to product or customer, including clearing of process, routes, programming, etc.
• Be a part of blocking and releasing semi-finished products, finished products and purchased part in ERP system.
• Technical contact person toward suppliers regarding to approval of alternatives.
• Follow up production experience and feedback to Senior PM.
• Follow up material to insure that all materials are ready for production starting.
• Measure and take action in customer satisfaction survey.
• Lead internal meeting and issue the minutes.
• Plans and forecast customer future requirements for existing product.
• Make sure that all material requirements (Type, Brand, Price, etc) are followed costed BOM which quoted to customer after converting part number is done.
• Margin control by post calculation analysis, reporting action in case of mis-target.
• Receive, review and request addition PO for existing product.
• Coordinate quoted re-quoted price and ECO cost for existing customer.
• Coordinate and implement customer business review.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in Mechanics manufacturing.
• Bachelor degree in any Engineering field.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9000 /14000 and TS16949.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Good knowledge of computer skills.
• Mature with pleasant personality, work well under pressure and problem solving capability.
• Strong leadership, good attitude, proactive thinking and self-motivated.
