About this position

The Data Scientist (Team Lead) will be responsible for leading the development team focused on Segmentation & Personalization models.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development team for Segmentation & Personalization models.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a lead data scientist or in a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to build, validate, test, and deploy AI models and algorithms to solve real-world problems.
• Highly proficient in analytical skills.
• Familiar with various models to extract insights from large-scale structured and/or unstructured data.
• Experience with Clustering models and Recommender Systems.
• Strong background in mathematics.
• Hands-on experience in deploying machine learning and statistical models in a cloud environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and improve, exceptional structural thinking abilities, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills to convey data science and machine learning solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the retail industry is a plus.
• Experience in A/B testing is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
