The Senior Google Workspace Sales position focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective strategies and collaboration with various teams.
Responsibilities
• Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored Google Workspace solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth within the Google Workspace ecosystem.
• Work closely with the marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure a seamless sales process and successful client onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports and forecasts to management.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
• Have a firm understanding of the Google Workspace suite of products.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Google Workspace related qualification is recommended, or this can be obtained during the probation period.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the technology or Google Workspace sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Workspace products and solutions.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
