About this position
The Sales Development Representative (SDR)/Telesales position involves direct reporting to the Marketing Manager and focuses on generating new business opportunities through various channels while collaborating with internal teams to enhance sales strategies.
Responsibilities
• Direct reporting line to Marketing Manager.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
• Work closely with our marketing team to drive attendance to GoPomelo and Partner led events.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales and expand our customer base in Thailand.
• Engage with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media platforms to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct Thailand market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, social media, and other channels.
• Understand customer needs and requirements, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Stay updated on Cloud industry trends and Cloud market conditions, Software, CRM, SaaS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft products to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Thai.
• 2+ years experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Sales, Account Executive, Telesales or similar role.
• 1+ years experience in IT, Software, CRM, SaaS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft, Cloud Computing or similar industry is an added advantage.
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience in Cloud solutions or IT sales is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with CRM practices and ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft products.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales or sales development.
• Ability to create and deliver value propositions tailored to the audience's needs.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
