About this position

This role is responsible for coordinating and assisting the Sales Team with the ongoing growth of the cloud business both in Thailand and APAC, and is passionate about new technology, workflow/process standardization, consulting, and working together with the Sales Team during, and after, the sales process which the products are the exclusive partners such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and more awesome technologies.

Responsibilities

Operations:
• Develop and execute the company’s operations workflow
• Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details, issuing sales transaction invoices, vendor registration process.
• Maintain and update sales and customer records, and assist in compiling monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team and follow up on deal registration
o Communication and coordination with marketing on status deal registration submissions
o Drive sales engagement with marketing
• Build relationships and direct feedback from customers to relevant departments.
• Consult with the legal department in contract management and billing.
• Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.

Procurement:
• Ensure that procurement processes comply with company policies and legal regulations, including supplier selection, contract signing, and procurement execution.
• Control procurement costs and optimize procurement processes to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and delivery departments on cost accounting, and support the sales team in formulating pricing strategies.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring that contracts comply with company policies and regulations.
• Negotiate prices, quality, and delivery terms to ensure smooth cooperation with suppliers.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Collect and analyze data to develop corresponding operations strategies.
• Regularly submit the reports to management, providing decision support and recommendations.

Risk Management:
• Analyze and evaluate risks in operations activities and take measures to manage and control them.
• Handle issues and disputes in the workflow process to ensure the smooth execution of procurement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of work experience in operations, procurement management or related fields
• Experience in cloud product distribution or systems integration (SI).
• Program Proficiency in MS Office especially MS Excel, and ERP systems
• Strong data analysis and logical thinking skills, capable of formulating reasonable procurement strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit, able to effectively coordinate work across departments.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage and resolve issues under pressure.
• Fluent in both verbal and written English.
