Director of Thai Sales
About this position
This role is responsible for being a leader of the Sales Team in Thailand, focusing on Google Workspace, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and other cloud products with at least 15 years of experience, including proven leadership and management skills. This role requires someone with deep knowledge of cloud solutions, exceptional sales expertise, and the ability to develop strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion both new business and renewal.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales Team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
• Foster a high-performance sales culture by setting clear expectations, providing coaching, and driving accountability.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with key partners including Google Workspace, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and other cloud product providers.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships to expand the company’s market presence.
• Own and drive the sales strategy for cloud products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage sales pipelines, forecast revenue, and ensure timely achievement of sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align strategies and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
• Oversee the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
• Lead high-value negotiations and provide strategic direction for large enterprise deals.
• Stay up to date with market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in the cloud solutions space.
• Provide insights to the leadership team to inform product development, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
• Develop and maintain sales metrics, performance dashboards, and reporting systems to track progress and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Work closely with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate revenue forecasting and efficient sales processes.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• At least 15 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud computing solutions, including Google Workspace, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and other cloud products.
• Sales experience with an enterprise, SMB, renewal.
• High level of business acumen and a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
• Strong management and leadership skills with a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
