Regional Key Account Manager - Northeast
About this position
The Regional Key Account Manager - Northeast is responsible for developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and enhancing the distribution network for Goodyear products in Thailand.
Responsibilities
• Develop sales strategies and deliver sales units and finances to the company. improve sales forecast accuracy, deliver cost savings, increase customer satisfaction
• Provide clear analysis of customers & markets and to develop strategies and actions plan to grow and deliver targets
• Channel Management, to develop and growth sub-retailer networks to improve weighted distribution of the Goodyear products, In additional, to establish new Aligned Distributors to deliver the right market shares of Goodyear OR develop Goodyear Autocare and large multi-brand retailer networks to enhance coverage of Goodyear products in Thailand, in addition, to create and to develop new candidates to join the Goodyear network in-line with Goodyear Strategic growth plan and guidelines
• Work closely with the Channel Manager to ensure delivery of customer management and sales activities.
• Monitor annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets for the channel in his/her territory and ensure delivery of sales and financial targets
• Manage credit management to align with cash flow targets
• Execute sales plan and strategies to build and develop strong partnership with aligned distributors OR Goodyear Autocare & Multi-brand store through joint business planning
• To lead team to deliver and execute joint business plan including sell-out plan to ensure long-term partnership and success of Goodyear Autocare & Multi-brand stores
• To work closely with team members, to develop strong team with successors, and to deliver key account planning and team KPIs
• Enhance team skills including product knowledge and deliver client product training
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent course
• 5 years and above in Sales with experience and team management
• Direct experience in implementing and developing the “Aligned Distributor” program in Thailand
• Demonstrate strong record of sales achievement and closing complex deals
• Strong Leadership and excellent analytical and communication skills
• Excellent English communication skills with strong computer skills (MS Office applications)
• Possess business acumen, market development, and financial management skills.
• Able to travel in upcountry
