Fleet Sales Engineer
About this position
The Fleet Sales Engineer is responsible for developing fleet size and profiling, ensuring sales growth, and achieving sales quotas in the designated region.
Responsibilities
• Develop the size of fleet and it's profiling and ensure GY SOB increament in his respected region
• Ensure using GY Sales Way methode in the sales visit activities
• Monitoring competitor’s market price and activities and reports to the management.
• Coordinate with GY Distributor sales team and technical team by doing more fleets visit and part of coaching.
• Responsible for Fleet sales quota achievement in accordance to the prior quota agreement and also responsible for market share achievement which already has been accepted
• Developing new Fleets potential oportunities and improving markets share by contacting government, companies, fleet users and project in each region.
• Responsible for controlling field selling expenses related to his area operation
• Selecting and developing self-personal to achieve the highest degree of professionalism and productivity
Requirements
• Graduate of any Bachelor degree
• At least 2 years experiences in Commercial tire business.
• Basic Tire, Product and Business Process Knowledge
• Sales and Marketing Knowledge
• Interpersonal, communication, influence and impact
• Leadership skill (Motivating, Coaching, Delegating)
• English proficiency (oral and written) and computer literate
