About this position

PPIC Responsible for effective and efficient production planning to ensure compliance with quality standards and meet customer requirements. This role involves coordinating with the sales team and sales administration to align the production schedule with customer needs and guarantee timely product distribution. This position is based in the Bekasi area.

Responsibilities

• Create daily production plans based on weekly and monthly forecasts and communicate them to the production and sales teams, including production estimates, for smooth delivery.
• Coordinate with the sales team daily and weekly to confirm orders and delivery schedules.
• Review production plans, considering buffer stock, MTO, MTS, and aging products; ensure sufficient buffer stock in the depot to cover sales orders.
• Create and modify Manufacturing Orders (MO) in the M3 system, adjusting for highlighted recipes, special additive ingredients, rework items, and splitting FG quantities for delivery.
• Monitor and track daily production results, reviewing consumption and adjusting for gains and losses.
• Propose reclassification of feed from one type to another with similar nutrient content and reclassify into remix categories when needed.
• Review MTO and MTS products monthly and create/review Product Data Sheets (PDS) for new products.
• Ensure all MOs are closed before stock checks and month-end.
• Process new product items and email the relevant sections for further actions.
• Ensure a safe work environment and adhere to safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum diploma degree in Industrial engineering/Industrial management/Business management, or related major.
• At least 2 years of experience in a feed mill/chemical/food manufacturing company.
• Good communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with superiors and team members.
