About this position
Responsibilities
• Merencanakan dan melaksanakan program preventive maintenance untuk komponen elektrikal, Bin, ducting, dan lantai tower mill yang mengalami keausan atau kebocoran, serta memastikan perawatan komponen mesin dan elektrikal dilakukan dengan aman dan tepat waktu untuk mengurangi risiko kerusakan.
• Berkoordinasi dengan bagian produksi dan spare-part untuk menjaga ketersediaan suku cadang peralatan produksi, sehingga selalu siap digunakan saat dibutuhkan.
• Siaga mendukung produksi selama proses produksi berlangsung, termasuk memantau sistem elektrikal, memberikan saran pengoperasian mesin yang aman dan efisien sesuai standar ISO 22000:2018, serta membantu jika ada gangguan pada peralatan listrik.
• Mencatat dan melaporkan pelaksanaan perawatan, menyusun laporan harian, serta memberikan masukan kepada atasan mengenai kondisi peralatan dan kebutuhan perawatan tambahan.
• Menjaga dan merawat peralatan kerja, memastikan penggunaannya sesuai prosedur dan dikembalikan ke tempat semula setelah selesai.
• Bekerjasama dengan tim maintenance dalam menyelesaikan tugas bersama, serta mendukung pelaksanaan ISO 22000:2018, SMK3 sesuai PP no.50 tahun 2012, dan program 5R (Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, Rajin).
Requirements
• STM-SMK/D3/S1 Electric & Teknik Mesin
• Memiliki pengalaman kerja yang relevan minimal 1 - 3 tahun
• Memiliki administrative skill yang baik
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Medan Area
