PR & Corporate Communication Staff
About this position
The PR & Corporate Communication Staff is responsible for managing and executing communication strategies, serving as a spokesperson, and maintaining the company's positive image.
Responsibilities
• Handling day-to-day communications strategy and execution for Gokomodo, in coordination with the marketing communications team and social media team, and other relevant teams, with input from the management
• Responsible for execution of communications touch points such as the blog
• Serve as company spokesperson
• Handle media crises that arise, with support from consultants & management
• Maintain and strengthen positive company image
• Coordinate and create coverage with media and other related channels as needed
• Maintain media relationships, including in the regional areas
• Monitor media coverage and public relations metrics as needed
• Execute events as needed, including media briefings
Requirements
• Proven Public relations / Communications experience
• Able to conceptualize and execute media and communications strategy
• Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing in Bahasa and English.
• Able to speak on behalf of the company as a corporate spokesperson
• Crisis management experience is helpful though not a must
• Familiarity with the ESG landscape is helpful
• Self-starter and proactive attitude
• Excellent time management skills, organizational and research also able to fact-check long-form content pieces.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
