About this position

The Technical Program Management (TPM) team is focused on enhancing the effectiveness of engineering teams, particularly the Engineering Platform team, by organizing shared engineering systems and initiatives, establishing useful standards, and fostering learning opportunities. The TPM for Engineering Platform will lead efforts to develop and drive the adoption of solutions in this area, requiring a blend of technical and collaborative skills to influence a diverse engineering organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of multiple high-complexity, technically-oriented projects in parallel
• Build healthy project teams that are productive, efficient, and fun to be part of
• Develop roadmaps that capture both short-term milestones and the long-term direction for each project
• Proactively address issues and communicate status for your team and your partners to bring projects in on time and within budget
• Identify and predict risks to projects across multiple teams and develop mitigation and contingency plans to address them
• Incorporate metrics into all stages and communications of projects to remove subjectivity and ensure data-driven decision-making
• Identify opportunities to help Gojek build a technology platform that is both a cutting-edge competitive advantage and incredibly cost-efficient
