About this position

As a Talent Acquisition Senior Manager, you will be an instrumental player in an Indonesia-wide recruitment program that is in charge of finding the best talents to join our family and drive Gojek to greater heights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with Gojek’s business goals
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Identify and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic hiring solutions
• Establish and track OKR to measure the effectiveness of the talent acquisition function
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on hiring trends, challenges, and successes
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads and HR partners
• Serve as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition matters and workforce planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
