About this position

We are seeking an entrepreneurial product manager to drive the next stage of Money In Money Out offerings to MSMEs in Indonesia. As a product manager, you’ll take the wheel in creating the most impactful money management product solutions for our merchants, and steer the development in managing money coming in and out into and from our merchant platform, setting the foundation for long-term success in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent the end user of your product, understand them & drive the product solutions to solve these end-user problems
• Define and drive a roadmap for the team in collaboration with stakeholders from Engineering, Design, Research, Business, and Operations to build a solid world-class product
• Seek product ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write specs, create wireframes and workflows, and demo them early and often
• Deliver features. You put things on paper, get your hands dirty, and execute with precision to make sure products and features are launched
• Understand that “one size doesn’t fit all” and conceptualize solutions that are configurable and adaptable to the maximum extent possible
• Be in the details. Know your team’s work in-depth-down to API names and contracts
• Define clear and well-scoped requirements and usability documents that are easily understood by technical and non-technical audiences
• Deep dive into data and identity the right problem statements and right segments to target and take an experimentation-driven product development approach

Requirements

• Have at least 5 years of product management experience, working with fintech/payment services is a plus
• Skilled at working with a wide variety of stakeholders
• Strong communication skills, and the ability to summarize complex and technical topics to a wide range of audiences. You also know how to build trust, set goals, and get things done. You aren’t afraid of using whatever channel (face-to-face, email, Slack)
• You are a self-starter, you love to understand systems inside out, and make it your mission to deliver quality products

• Ability to excel in a constantly changing and rapidly growing workplace
• Proficiency in data querying is a plus
