About this position

As a Senior Product Manager in Gojek’s Ride Hailing team, you will shape the future of our business by driving revenue, growth, and monetization strategies across payments, pricing, vouchers, and service expansion.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue growth initiatives for the ride hailing vertical, focusing on payments, pricing, and service optimization
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to launch payment and voucher-related features that enhance user experience
• Analyze key metrics to identify opportunities for service growth and product optimization
• Design and implement monetization strategies that balance user value with business needs
• Conduct market research to keep Gojek ahead of competition in pricing and monetization strategies
• Prioritize product roadmaps based on strategic business needs and consumer feedback

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management roles focused on consumer platforms at top-tier companies
• Proven experience in managing growth, pricing, or payments in a technology-driven environment
• Strong understanding of revenue models, monetization strategies, and payment systems
• Experience in using data to drive decision-making and product improvements
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams
• Customer-first mindset, with the ability to balance user needs with business outcomes
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
