About this position

We are empowering businesses and consumers with Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) and Cash Loan solutions, helping them achieve their financial goals. As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with Engineers, Analysts, Designers, and Project Managers to conceptualize, build, and manage impactful features that extend credit access to millions of active users.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class fintech solutions by creating impactful and user-friendly products
• Own the entire product lifecycle—from conceptualization and planning to implementation and management
• Ensure the tech team understands specifications to build and deliver quality products
• Maintain compliance with security and regulatory standards while optimizing user experience
• Collaborate with stakeholders across regions and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Act as the voice of the user, designing customer-first solutions that tackle high-impact problem areas
• Tailor products to meet the evolving needs of consumers and merchants, ensuring relevance and value
• Use data analytics, A/B testing, and user insights to drive decisions and measure outcomes

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience working with tech and business teams, with exposure to mid-end systems, financial data pipelines, and third-party finance service integrations
• Familiarity with the best software solutions in the fintech space
• Comprehensive understanding of the product development lifecycle (PDLC), including testing and UI/UX design
• Strong grasp of mid-end and back-end system architecture to deliver robust solutions
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to engage with regional stakeholders
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an additional advantage
• Passion for creating products that drive measurable business and user outcomes
