About this position
Responsibilities
• Define and lead the strategic discovery of new food ordering use cases, prioritizing long-term growth and value creation
• Align cross-functional stakeholders across business, marketing, and sales to establish and refine a strategic product roadmap
• Establish clear, well-scoped requirements that balance immediate needs with scalability for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Use data-driven insights to identify and prioritize high-impact problem statements and opportunities
• Guide the team’s roadmap, balancing ambitious product vision with achievable goals and resource allocation
• Inspire and manage a high-performing cross-functional team to deliver major features and strategic product improvements
• Champion a user-first approach by actively gathering feedback and iterating on wireframes, specs, and workflows
• Lead product demos, translating insights into action to continuously improve and adapt our product
Requirements
• 7+ years of product management experience in a consumer-centric environment, with demonstrated success in leading strategy and execution
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively drive cross-functional alignment and synthesize complex topics for broad audiences
• A strategic mindset with a track record of independently driving high-impact product initiatives and innovative problem-solving
• Adaptability and agility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong ability to build trust, set and communicate clear goals, and foster collaboration across teams
• Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL and an understanding of key data metrics, paired with sound judgment to avoid analysis paralysis
