About this position

As our Product Manager, you'll get to help solve consumer problems, define product roadmaps, craft product vision, and build products to scale to help grow the Digital Signature product line (under the new Digital Identity business line) of Goto Financial.

Responsibilities

• Product Ownership - you will take full ownership of new Digital Signature product portfolio, conceptualizing, planning, building and managing end-user experiences related to the product
• Customer-Centric - be the voice of the user and advocate for customer-first products while moving the needle on high-impact problem spaces
• Data-Driven Approach - drive product decisions using data analytics, A/B testing, and user insights to achieve measurable outcomes
• Strategic Roadmaps - define clear, well-scoped product requirements based on user pain points / needs understanding and insights from data backed by strong intuition
• Market Intelligence - stay at the forefront of industry trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory changes through data-driven research
• Cross-functional collaboration - work in tandem with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure data-backed product launches, while also defining & track success metrics of the product

Requirements

• A Bachelor / Master’s or an equivalent degree, preferably Engineering/Computer Science
• At least 6 years of experience as a Product Manager or product centric roles, ideally in a B2B product line with a large-scale product
• Being data driven - being able to work creatively with data teams to do the necessary analysis or build dashboards to support the product initiatives. Ability to query using SQL is a plus
• Strong communication skills & stakeholder management - able to communicate clearly with different teams, including but not limited to Software Engineers, Business, Data, Legal & Compliance
• Customer obsession and UX skills - you can empathize with the users and apply mature design thinking skills to build simple, intuitive, effective user journeys and interfaces
• You can excel and adapt in a constantly changing and rapidly growing workplace - high attention to details would be very important to succeed
• Prior experience in B2B products, Fintech, Digital Identity/ Risk/ KYC domains will be a plus
