About this position

Fasten your helmet and climb on board if you’re ready to be our Account Manager for Gopay. Based in Surabaya, you’ll take the wheel in leading a talented sales executive in merchant acquisition initiatives for our payment acceptance (Gopay) for the District. Your efforts will enhance both the daily operations and size of our merchant-partner family in the region and ensure your team achieves all regional sales targets in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving the acquisition target every month and can identify problems that occur both in the field and within the sales team
• Build and grow the sales team in line with projections determined by management
• Manage recruitment and training of new team members
• Monitoring the daily activity of the team and making sure all team members are always in optimum productivity
• Proactively engage with the sales team members and help resolve any objections, issues, and inquiries from customers
• Build strong collaboration with the sales team members and also build strong relationships with customers
• Maintain and monitor sales progress and upselling results on a regular basis and suggest improvements
• Collect merchants’ feedback to improve merchant experience

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a sales-related role
• Good in communication and has strong selling skills
• Must be an analytical thinker with keen problem-solving; process development, and improvement; as well as task planning and also familiar with Excel
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Strong organization and presentation skills
• Superior verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Energetic and ready to work under targets and pressure
