About this position

As Channel Strategy Development Manager, you will conduct strategy and planning functions for Gojek’s new channel business, working with various stakeholders to ensure optimal Channel Strategy through analytical thinking and practical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop business schemes and arrangement to grow Gojek’s channel business
• Implement and monitor those business schemes to support the growth target
• Gain understanding of the mechanics of Channel management, and identify pain points to solve
• Work with stakeholders across functions to improve Channel management products
• Enhance the dynamic relationships among Gojek, Driver Partners, and Channel Partners

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years work experience in relevant sectors, e.g. Consulting, Tech, or Product Development
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Great communication skills both in English and in Bahasa Indonesia
• Strong sense of business and tech processes
• Fast learner, can work in an ambiguous setting
