Sales Executive
About this position
Responsibilities
Reach sales targets and increase the company’s sales volume
Proactively reach out to your customer base to build and maintain relationships with Gogoprint’s business customers
Handle inbound leads from business customers
Present Gogoprint, its products and its strengths
Gather customer requirements through phone and email
Advise and guide customers on printing products and their requirements
Draw up quotations based on customer requirements
Negotiate and close deals
Ensure that all information is input correctly in the CRM and ERP systems
Coordinate with the production team and manage the product delivery timeline well
Perform other tasks as assigned by your Team Leader or Manager
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field
1-3 years experience in sales (we offer product trainings)
Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong presentation and negotiation skills, pleasant personality, service-minded, responsible, results-oriented, disciplined
Excellent English - both verbal and written communications
