Social Media Content Manager - Concerts and Music Festivals
About this position
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Social Media Content Manager to lead our social media strategy and execution for our concerts and music festivals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, excellent content creation skills, and a proven track record of growing and engaging audiences.
Responsibilities
• Create, plan, and implement social media strategies that align with our brand and event objectives.
• Develop comprehensive content calendars for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Produce high-quality, engaging, and original content (posts, stories, videos, graphics, etc.) to promote concerts and festivals.
• Collaborate with the design and video production teams to create visually appealing content.
• Monitor and respond to social media interactions, fostering a strong community and enhancing audience engagement.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to increase ticket sales and event awareness.
• Keep up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and growth on emerging platforms.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the entertainment or event industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and ability to interpret data.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for concert and music festival is a plus.
