About this position

The Project Manager / Producer (Event and Concert) is responsible for overseeing and managing production work for events and concerts, ensuring quality and effective collaboration with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage production work for events and concerts.
• Be creative and able to share new project ideas with the team, such as show performances and various activities within the event.
• Control the quality of structures, such as lighting, color, and sound, to ensure they align with the planned design.
• Work effectively with the Design, Creative, Operations, and Sales teams.
• Select and recruit suppliers who are suitable and meet the requirements of the project.
• Take responsibility for project management and coordination both internally and externally to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts or other related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management for events or concerts.
• Strong leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and sound decision-making; good negotiation skills.
• Enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and up-to-date with current trends and events.
• Knowledgeable in materials and equipment used for show production.
• Good personality, with strong communication and coordination skills.
