About this position

The Content Manager is responsible for expanding the content library through partnerships, managing contracts, and collaborating with various departments to ensure successful content acquisition and performance.

Responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate, and manage content partnerships with studios, distributors, and content creators to expand our content library.
• Develop and oversee contract negotiations and agreements related to content acquisition, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with legal and financial requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the legal department to draft, review, and execute contracts, licensing agreements, and other legal documents.
• Work with the accounting department to monitor and manage content-related revenue streams, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and invoicing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the entertainment industry to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new content opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Legal, and Accounting to ensure successful content launches and promotions.
• Analyze content performance metrics and user feedback to optimize content acquisition strategies and improve viewer engagement.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to recommend strategic initiatives and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent in Thai and English and Chinese communication are a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in content acquisition, partnership, contract management, or related roles within the OTT platform or entertainment industry.
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing content licensing agreements.
• Strong understanding of digital content distribution, rights management, contract law, and revenue recognition principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience collaborating with legal and accounting teams to ensure compliance and financial accuracy.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Passion for entertainment and staying updated with industry trends.
