About this position

The Business Development Manager (B2B - Licensing) is responsible for driving customer growth and sales, developing new business models, and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Developing company’s customer based and sales growth to achieve sales target.
• Define new business model for the best outcomes.
• Contacting new potential customers and developing sales internationally.
• Creating sales proposal that suit customer needs.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
• Build long term relationships with clients.
• Conducting market research for new market and trend.

Requirements

• At least 5-10 years working experience in Business development, Partnership management.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point.
• Experience in international licensing business would be a big plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skill.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Impressive logical thinking and able to learn fast.
