About this position
The Assistant Recruitment Manager / Recruitment Manager is responsible for achieving recruitment targets, developing recruitment procedures, overseeing candidate experiences, and improving employer branding while advising hiring managers and forecasting future hiring needs.
Responsibilities
• Achieving recruitment target and daily KPI
• Developing new procedures for recruiting (e.g., application, screening processes) and improving the current practices
• Overseeing the candidate experience (e.g., application process, communications, and interviews)
• Forecasting our future hiring needs on the basic of our business growth strategies
• Advising the Hiring Managers on selecting effective recruitment
• Improving the employer branding of our company
• Researching and selecting suitable options for job advertising
Requirements
• At least a bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 4-8 years working experienced in recruitment role.
• Experience with full cycle recruiting
• Experience with MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Sound knowledge of various sourcing techniques/tools (e.g. professional platforms, social networks)
• Ability to develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with candidates as well as with internal teams and external partners
• Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
• Fluency in both Thai and English
• Ability to work in a pressure and dynamic environment
