The Artist Development Officer is responsible for organizing and overseeing training sessions, monitoring trainee progress, and coordinating marketing activities related to music projects.
Responsibilities
• Schedule daily and weekly training sessions.
• Notify the training schedule on a daily and weekly basis.
• Monitor and ensure that training follows the established schedule effectively.
• Summarize attendance results: tardiness, absences, and leave.
• Observe and track the progress of trainees.
• Facilitate/manage the classroom/exam room.
• Collect feedback from instructors and prepare a monthly summary report of the training results.
• Coordinate and manage the marketing department (Music Marketing), such as shooting music videos, client projects, mini concerts, fashion shows, etc.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree Business Administration or any related fields.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in Artist Development.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong service mindset.
• Management skills and the ability to provide consulting.
• Flexible working hours.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
