Account Manager / Account Director
About this position
The Account Manager / Account Director is responsible for achieving sales targets, managing partnerships, and developing strategies to meet client objectives through music marketing solutions.
Responsibilities
• To reach sales target business unit and manage multiple partnership/selling channel.
• Lead the development of annual sales & partnership strategies. Set medium/long-term vision and annual goals with the client by appropriately positioning our ‘music marketing solutions’ to meet client business objectives.
• Understand from the ground up how clients use music and entertainment today and opportunities to build new solutions to help brands and their partners, i.e., creative/media agencies, tackle their business goals/problems.
• Identify new opportunities and products to ensure a first-in-class music marketing solutions.
Requirements
• 10+ years experience in an agency and/or marketing, strategy, and online advertising.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, finance, or other related fields.
• Extensive experience in communicating, building relationships with C-Level executives and with key stakeholders across the client and agency community.
• Previous experience successfully managing sales teams ideally from a similar industry.
• Entrepreneurial attitude, ability to adjust priorities in a dynamic business environment.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business.
• Music & Entertainment enthusiast is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and negotiations skills.
• Comfortable with revenue targets and experience working in a fast-paced and client-facing environment.
