The Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
• Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company.
• Contact and qualify potential customers.
• Set appointments and follow up on leads.
• Track progress towards meeting sales goals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
• Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities.
• Attend networking events and tradeshows to build relationships and generate leads.
• Display Free Trial orientation to potential clients.
Requirements
• 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Strong project and time management skills.
• Proven ability to set and achieve cold calling and meeting targets effectively.
• Hybrid Working at Canvas Building (BTS Ploenchit) Monday to Friday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
