Responsibilities
• Accurately assess clients' English language levels based on their communication skills, vocabulary, fluency, and grammar via phone.
• Qualify leads through empathy and active listening to provide the most suitable course recommendations.
• Provide detailed feedback to clients regarding their English language proficiency.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Service-minded and good listening skills
• Good English proficiency
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and passionate about education and personal development
• Minimum English requirement: TOEIC 700 (If provided).
