About this position
The Corporate Sales position involves achieving sales targets, identifying business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with corporate clients while providing solutions to finalize deals.
Responsibilities
• Capable of achieving assigned monthly, quarterly, and yearly KPIs.
• Identifies business opportunities, schedules meetings with corporate clients, and recommends solutions to finalize deals.
• Capable of approaching new clients as a corporate learning consultant and maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing professional standards.
• Identifies business opportunities by recognizing prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options; scheduling meetings with corporate clients via phone calls, LinkedIn messages, or email according to weekly targets.
• Able to approach new clients as a corporate learning consultant; finalizes deals by establishing contact, fostering professional relationships with prospects, and recommending solutions.
• Maintains relationships with corporate clients by offering support, information, and guidance; researching and suggesting new opportunities; recommending enhancements.
• Prepares sales reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing professional standards.
• Contributes to team efforts by achieving related results as required.
Requirements
• Ability to establish sales targets and effectively achieve them.
• At least 2 years of experience in Corporate Sales or Business Development.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
• Experience using Salesforce or CRM to manage and analyze the sales process and forecast sales.
• Ability to implement a successful sales strategy.
• Advanced project and time management skills.
• Hybrid Working at Canvas Building (BTS Ploenchit) Monday to Friday 10:00 AM - 07:00 PM.
