Currently, Globish facilitates over 600 classes daily, serving 30,000 students and partnering with over 100 organizations. About this position

The Corporate Client Relations position involves assisting high-potential corporate clients throughout their learning journey, managing client relationships, and ensuring exceptional service and retention.

Responsibilities

• Assist high-potential corporate clients throughout their learning journey process.
• Schedule and attend meetings with clients to discuss account status and address concerns.
• Manage client onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure exceptional service and retention.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations to clients.
• Serve as an expert on our products and services, offering guidance and training as needed.
• Supervise a team of Junior Client Relations personnel.
• Act as an advocate for clients internally, providing feedback to improve products and services.
• Collaborate with other teams to enhance the client experience.
• Create and maintain documentation on client successes and relevant information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, support, sales, or a related role, with at least 1 year of experience supervising a team.
• Proven ability to achieve goals and build strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning platforms.
• Hybrid Working at Canvas Building (BTS Ploenchit) Monday to Friday 10:00 AM - 07:00 PM.
