Coach Management
About this position
The Coach Management position involves overseeing the recruitment and support of English coaches, ensuring effective pedagogy implementation, and maintaining communication with candidates and staff.
Responsibilities
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
• Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
• Identify hiring needs by ensuring the supply meets the demand (collect or generate datasets to support decision-making).
• Connect with potential candidates, screen applications, and conduct interviews and other necessary procedures.
• Monitor, support and evaluate the implementation of the determined Globish coach's pedagogy (Class monitoring)
• Provide ongoing mentorship, specific performance and behavioral feedback
• Enforce teaching and working policies
• Maintain good rapport with English coaches and keep them up-to-date with all information
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in English, education, or any other related discipline.
• 6 months - 1 year of work experience.
• Proficiency in English (Spoken, Written, Reading, Listening).
• Previous experience in the Human Resource and Development field is a plus.
• Previous experience in school or language institute is a plus.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Computer skills in Google Sheets​​.
