GPSC, PTT Group's Power Flagship, has been founded on 10th January 2013 through the amalgamation of PTTUT and IPT to be the power flagship of PTT Group. Its core business is to generate and supply electricity, steam, and processed water to its customers.

About this position

The Assistant Manager – Corporate Services will support the implementation of corporate policies, manage legal documents, oversee procurement and vendor management, provide HR and administrative support, and ensure effective facility and IT management.

Responsibilities

Corporate Administration:
• Support the implementation of corporate policies and ensure compliance with company regulations.
• Manage and maintain corporate legal documents, including registration, licenses, and contracts.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and government authorities for regulatory compliance.
Procurement and Vendor Management:
• Develop and enforce procurement policies to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and service agreements.
HR and Administrative Support:
• Oversee outsourced HR services, including payroll, recruitment, and benefits administration.
• Support workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day office administration, ensuring a safe and ergonomic workplace.
Facility and IT Management:
• Ensure functionality and maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
• Coordinate with IT service providers to resolve technical issues and maintain IT systems.
Outsourced Services Oversight:
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of outsourced providers for HR, IT, and administration services.
• Provide recommendations for service improvements and cost optimization.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate services or administration roles.
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory compliance in Thailand (experience in handling legal documents is a strong plus).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
