Client Optimization Executive (Coordinate) English or Chinese
About this position
The Client Optimization Executive (Coordinate) is responsible for assisting clients with daily booking issues, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring effective communication and reporting to support sales requirements.
Responsibilities
• Assist a daily booking issue that requested from Asia’s clients.
• Coordinate with internal team to support client’s requirements regarding to productivity and technical issue.
• Reconfirmed bookings with the property daily.
• Matching the hotel and room type between G2 system and a client’s system.
• Creating report to support sale’s requirements.
• Process rate comparison.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management and/or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience, preferred in same industry.
• Have some experience on reservations for accommodation or customer services.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (Writing, Reading, Listening & Speaking), Mandarin is a plus.
• Positive thinking mentality.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
• Able to use MSOffice (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Capacity to work independently and proactively.
• Highly responsible.
• Able to work under pressure.
