About this position
We're searching for a strategic marketing mastermind to join our team and propel our Ampawa and Cocomax products to global dominance! As our Strategic Marketing Director, you'll be the architect of our marketing strategy, crafting a roadmap to establish both Ampawa and Cocomax as leaders in their respective categories worldwide.
Responsibilities
• Market Mastermind: Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and sales data to develop winning marketing strategies for both domestic and international markets.
• Product Powerhouse: You'll be the innovation champion for our products. Identify market opportunities, develop new offerings that meet consumer needs, and ensure successful launches for both product lines.
• Branding Blitz: Working with creative and media agencies, you'll craft a rock-solid brand communication plan that builds brand awareness, strengthens brand image, and fosters a powerful relationship with our customers for both Ampawa and Cocomax.
• Budget Boss: You'll be responsible for managing the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient use across all marketing activities for both products.
• Team Catalyst: Develop the skills of your marketing team, fostering collaboration and driving exceptional results across departments.
Requirements
• Knows their coconuts: Experience in brand management and FMCG product design is a must, with a specific understanding of both beverage and cooking product categories.
• Data Dynamo: You can analyze market research, consumer data, and budgets to craft strategic marketing plans for both products.
• Product Pro: Experience in new product development and product management across various channels (MT, TT, Online, Food Service) is a plus.
• Leadership Legend: You possess strong team management skills and a collaborative approach, building strong relationships with internal and external partners.
• Marketing Maverick: Experience in digital marketing communication and a passion for creative problem-solving are essential.
