About this position
Responsibilities
• Monitor and ensure compliance with food regulations and laws in both domestic and international markets, supporting teams such as OEM, OBM, R&D, and Industrial.
• Develop and maintain a database of food-related regulations, including food additives, labeling, and food category standards.
• Review and approve product labels for accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
• Provide guidance on regulatory requirements related to labeling, advertising, and product claims.
• Manage product registration and renewal processes for FDA (e.g., product certificates, trademarks, patents) in local and global markets.
• Coordinate product certifications, such as Halal, Kosher, and Non-GMO, with production facilities.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in food product registration and regulatory compliance, particularly with FDA and international standards.
• Strong knowledge of food laws, regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent English reading and writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for excellence.
• Hands-on experience in registering food products such as beverages and packaged foods.
• Knowledge of international food regulations is a plus.
