Manager - HRIS
About this position
Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.
• Perform regular system audits and data validation to maintain data integrity.
• Manage system upgrades, patches, and configurations in collaboration with IT.
• Develop, generate, and analyze HR reports and metrics to support decision-making.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to present data insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational policies.
• Lead HRIS-related projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Coordinate project plans, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to HR staff and other system users.
• Develop and conduct training sessions for HRIS users to enhance system utilization.
• Create and maintain user documentation and training materials.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance system efficiency.
• Implement best practices for HR data management and reporting.
• Stay updated on HR technology trends and recommend innovative solutions.
• Manage relationships with HRIS vendors and service providers.
• Evaluate and recommend new HRIS tools and technologies.
• Ensure vendor compliance with service level agreements and performance metrics.
• Develop and implement strategies for integrating and standardizing HR data between the head office and factory locations.
• Ensure consistent data definitions, formats, and protocols across all HR systems.
• Work with IT and other departments to design and implement data integration solutions.
• Monitor and address any data discrepancies between the head office and factory systems.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HRIS management or a related role.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Tigersoft).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of HR processes and data privacy regulations.
