Responsibilities
• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets within the Personal Care, Cosmetics, and Household industries.
• Service existing clients and actively pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
• Represent the company in negotiations and transactions, ensuring professionalism and efficiency in all dealings.
• Collaborate closely with the technical team to support customer projects and introduce the company’s product portfolio.
• Work with Marketing and Supply Chain teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in the related field.
• 3-5 years of experience selling chemical ingredients, preferably in the Personal Care, Cosmetics, and Household industries.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and formulating effective sales strategies.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possession of a car for transportation.
• Proficient in English and Thai languages.
