About this position

The Information Technology Officer is responsible for providing IT support and technical assistance to all employees within the organization, maintaining hardware, software, and network systems, and managing ERP, CRM, GPS, and related systems to ensure operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Technical Support
• Provide advice and resolve hardware and software issues for users.
• Analyze and troubleshoot problems related to ERP, CRM, and other software.
• Manage support tickets and address complex technical issues.

System Installation and Maintenance
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and network systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize potential system failures.

Training and Consultancy
• Train employees on IT systems and technology usage.
• Create manuals and operational procedures for end-users.

IT Asset Management
• Monitor, manage inventory, and procure IT equipment.
• Ensure optimal and cost-effective use of IT resources.

IT Security
• Enforce IT security policies across the organization.
• Manage system access controls and ensure regular data backups.

Project Management
• Plan and execute IT system development projects.
• Coordinate with users and external service providers.

Monitoring and Evaluation
• Monitor and analyze IT system performance.
• Prepare reports to enhance operational efficiency.

System Improvement and Development
• Explore and recommend new technologies for system improvement.
• Support the development and upgrade of ERP, CRM, and other systems.

Requirements

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Certifications such as CCNA, MCITP are a plus.

Experience:
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in IT support.
• Proven experience in managing ERP, CRM systems, and IT equipment.

Skills & Abilities:
• In-depth knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical issues.
• Project management expertise.
• Familiarity with IT security protocols and best practices.
