About this position

The Senior Associate - Expert in Excel (Customer Reporting) will support Excel projects, develop reports, and analyze business problems while building professional relationships with users.

Responsibilities

• Supports Excel project using formulas, functions, SQL and VBA as assigned.
• Pulling data to develop recurring or one-time reports.
• Develop ad-hoc reports based on requirements.
• Business Problem and root-cause analysis.
• Build a professional relationship and communicate well with users.
• Has aptitude to learn new software and systems (i.e. SQL, Power BI).
• Other duties / projects as assigned by immediate superior.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree in related fields.
• 1-3 years’ experience preferably with Excel.
• Experience with business analysis.
• Knowledge in Project Management.
• Good command in English.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Tools (e.g. Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Can work OT on Thailand Public Holiday.
