About this position

The Senior Associate (Costing and Client Rates) is responsible for managing daily tasks related to tariffs and quotations, ensuring effective communication with clients and superiors, and participating in additional assignments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily task by deploying tariffs (Costing and Client Rates) into NextGen subject to assignor (GFF entities) information.
• Handle daily task by deploying Quotations into NextGen subject to assignor (GFF entities) information.
• Update work details, status and reports into Poseidon system.
• Ensure the task completion by sending the confirmation to assignor on a single job completion.
• Execute client contact and align customer needs and services provided if there is unclear issue.
• Immediately communicate with superior when any issues occur and related to work especially with the timing/lateness of job completion.
• Participate in other assignments assigned by Lead.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experiences 2-3 years in pricing, costing and client rates, quotation with a freight forwarding or logistics company.
• Good English language skills.
• Good command in MS-office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Able to multi-task with positive attitude and enthusiastic personality.
• Detailed and careful with paperwork.
• Result oriented and able to meet deadlines.
• An experience in a multinational company would be an advantage.
• Experience in Cargo Wise would be advantage.
