About this position

The Asso - Senior Associate (Import & Export) position involves managing both export and import shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, and coordinating with various parties to resolve operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Handle Sea / Air both Export and Import shipments.
• Tracking and updating carrier’s milestones in system.
• Managing the shipping documents as well as checking on the accuracy of export / import documents.
• Coordinate with oversea agents and all other parties concerned.
• Solving issues occurred in daily operational tasks.
• Complete billing to meet the deadline.
• Ensure handling all operational process on time and accurately.
• To perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experiences 0-5 years in export / import with a freight forwarding company.
• Good English language skills.
• Good command in MS-office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Able to multi-task with positive attitude and enthusiastic personality.
• Able to work under pressure and flexible hours.
• Be able to work in shifts.
• Detailed and careful with paperwork.
• Result oriented and able to meet deadlines.
• An experience in a multinational company would be an advantage.
• Experience in Cargo Wise would be advantage.
