About this position

The Service Sales Heating Refrigeration Technology position involves developing customer relationships, promoting service products, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports relations with existing customers
• Develop service customer base by visiting new customers
• Promote GEA HRT Service products to the market (Service Contracts, Compressor overhauls, Upgrades etc.)
• Implements pro-active market sales approach for service products
• Maintains actual price lists where applicable (f.e. for standard retrofit products)
• Prepares quotations and service contracts
• Ensures Sales and Margin targets are met
• Participates in best practice implementation.
• Ensures alignment and close cooperation with HRT New Machines Sales Managers in Thailand, HRT Division Service Manager, Spare parts Manager and Technical support colleagues.
• Ensures that the customers of HRT Division in Thailand are fully satisfied by service level provided (focus on availability for their requests, speed of answer)

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Engineering
• Other development courses and programs are of advantage
• Minimum 3 years of significant experience in selling spare parts, services, managing service organization, being a service manager deputy or a service sales manager in the field of refrigeration, compression, pumps or other industrial machinery.
• Experience with people management and leadership is an advantage
• Good understanding of the market relevant for GEA HRT in Thailand.
• Good knowledge of competitors, their services and service products is an advantage
• Good understanding of refrigeration technology, its machines and components is an advantage
• Experience in trading among the countries in SEA is an advantage.
• Experience with compiling service agreements is an advantage
• English (pre-intermediate or better)
