Responsibilities
Responsibilities / Tasks:
• This candidate will be responsible for installation, commissioning, qualification, training, and maintenance of pharmaceuticals equipment at the customer’s location.
• Estimated travel will be approximately 70-80%
• The candidate should also provide phone support during equipment breakdown & correspondence with customer at different stage of the project.

Your Profile / Qualifications:
• The candidate must be able to generate reports & other required paperwork during execution & after completion of project.
• Should be able to coordinate with Service in Charge/Supervisor, project manager & other staff at customer end to complete the on-going project efficiently.
• Should be able to communicate English - verbal and written Excellent Team Player
• Must possess electrical/mechanical trouble shooting skills.
• Working knowledge of Static/rotating machinery, pneumatics, hydraulics, and machine assembly
• Basic programming knowledge of electrical drives, industrial controls, and instrumentation
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics & mechanical drawings.
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in installation, commissioning & maintenance of medium size machinery (preferred pharmaceuticals equipment for solid oral dosage and related accessories)
• Should have in depth knowledge of installation, commissioning & maintenance of the machineries with electrical/instrumentation, pneumatic controls & should have exposure on mechanical erection activities of heavy equipment
• Knowledge with PLC operated machineries will be added advantage.
• Must have to troubleshoot & resolve issues.
• Should be able read & understand mechanical drawings, plant layout, GA drawings, P&ID diagram, Utility schedule, Electrical schematic drawing etc.
• Knowledge of ATEX hazardous locations is desirable but not required.
• Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Instrumentation/Mechanical Engineering
