Sales Engineer
About this position
Responsibilities
• to actively promote the whole range of GEA separation technology products in Dairy, Beverages, chemical pharmaceuticals industry.
• to build and maintain long term business relationships with new and existing customers in all levels through appropriate sales approaches and strategies to ensure continuous business growth.
• to prepare and deliver sales presentation about GEA products and services to prospects and customers regularly.
• to provide best industrial solutions to customers based on their needs.
• to prepare sales proposals, contracts and to engage in commercial negotiation with customers, together with sales and legal team.
• to achieve sales targets set by management. Proactively collect or gather market intelligence data in assigned market / application to continually building the pipelines of new projects.
• Cooperate and coordinate with team members and other related divisions or departments to ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services.
• Continually updating sales activities, sales call, leads, and opportunities in CRM.
• To participate in tradeshows, exhibitions, and other marketing events within assigned territory.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in chemical / mechanical / industrial / electrical engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales of industrial equipment / machinery in Food & Beverage markets, and chemical pharma industry.
• Has a hunter mindset and possess good skillsets in prospecting new accounts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill, able to work well in a team setting.
• Good consultative sales skills and analytical skills.
• Independent, reliable, and proactive personality.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic sales environment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of related industry as well as company products and services.
• Having a diverse and extensive network of industry.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and CRM.
• Willing to travel.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
