About this position

The Division Manager - International Portfolio Management & Planning is responsible for overseeing the performance of the COI portfolio, developing strategies for optimization, and ensuring effective project management and investment decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP to implement robust analytical frameworks for assessing the performance of the COI portfolio.
• Monitor and evaluate the overall performance of the COI portfolio.
• Develop data-driven strategies to optimize the portfolio using financial modeling and empirical analysis.
• Determine portfolio allocation and manages cash and securities including both debt and equities.
• Establish and manage methodologies for maintaining a comprehensive and up-to-date project pipeline.
• Ensure the delivery of standardized project summaries and updates for key stakeholders.
• Define and implement criteria for prioritizing investment opportunities.
• Lead a consistent and rigorous opportunity assessment process to support informed investment decisions by the leadership team.
• Monitor, analyze, manage and report return on investment, business performance, cost of funds/ capitals and risk appetite of each International Business Units and the aggregate businesses within COI.
• Work closely with the COI Business Unit and M&A teams to support planning and execution of post-acquisition integrations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in portfolio management, financial modeling, investment analysis, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required.
• Proven experience working in a global business environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to engage with cross-functional teams and senior management.
• Background in investment assessment and decision-making processes is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
